Summary

Born in Abengibre (Albacete-Spain). Ph.D. in Biological Sciences from the University of Murcia since 2002. Member of Research Group on Ethnobiology from Southeast Spain (University of Castilla La Mancha). Secondary School Professor, author and coauthor of scientific papers in Ethnobotany, Ethnopharmacology, Education and Ethnobiology, has published more than eighty  scientific work and outreach on  Ethnobotany and Ethnopharmacology of Castilla La Mancha as well as numerous didactics  materials for teaching .

Secretary of the IX International Congress of Ethnopharmacoly. Has organized different workshops and Simposium , and published different curricular materials (Ethnobotany, Traditional Food Plants) for Primary and Secondary School. It has put into operation on the education program of the Botanical Garden of Castilla La Mancha.

Member of the Institute of Studies Albacetenses. Member of the Spanish Society of Phytotherapy, International Society of Economic Botany and member of the Mycológical Society from Albacete. Has participated as researcher in several national and European projects on Ethnobotany and Ethnobiology.
