Abstract

Have been acquired the necessary equipment for the conservation of seeds of a long term at a temperature of -10 ° C, (drying chambers, freezers, etc. ). During this project were collected 420 seed accessions of endangered plants, mainly in the territory of Castilla-La Mancha.
